Who ordered this for me?

Ballot papers for the referendum in Manchester will go out next week. Over 1.9m people will have a say in establishing the largest Congestion Charge Zone in UK.  This is an other example of how you can let yourself be heard. Will you use your vote?

Across the world, millions of people live under oppressive regimes. They demonstrate, rebel and fight in the name of freedom and democracy, to have the chance to have their chance to vote.

Yet many of us take this right for granted.

There are many people who would like to make your neighbourhood a better place, your hospital a cleaner environment, your schools to offer a better education for your children. These people need your help to get into the positions in local governments and the Parliament, in order to voice your concerns and opinions, as well as ideas and possibilities. If you don't think your existing representatives are doing the right thing for you, then you can choose someone else who will.

With a possibility of a General Election within the next 2 years, this is the time to Get Active!

In case you have need a reminder of how the election process works, take a look at a recent BBC4 documentary: Storyville: Please vote for me

These children may be the leaders of the world in the future!
